My Wife and I began our journey in May of 2008, I had accepted a new position and we had decided to move our family from Azilda, Ontario to Owen Sound. 

My wife started to research Owen Sound and eagerly emailed several real estate agents with regards to their listings.  We were pleased to hear from a few agents including Wanda with regards to their listings but the listing were not for us.  A few weeks later we received a follow up email from Wanda inquiring about our progress.  After all the emails we sent, she was the only agent to send a follow up, because of this follow up we knew that as clients we would be important to her and agreed she represent us with the purchase of our new home.

Wanda was dedicated to our family and began showing us house after house.  Because our family was divided (I was in Owen Sound and my wife was in Azilda preparing for the move) much of the communication was done online or via telephone at all hours.  Regardless of the hours Wanda was prompt and very professional.  She took her time and treated us like her own family.  Wanda not only hand selected the homes to show me, if they passed she took the time to take the whole family through.  

Had it not been for Wanda, her dedication to our situation, and her patience with our family we would not have been able to find our new house.  Wanda not only found us a house, she helped build a home.
